-Breached professional or ethical obligations.
-Failed to act honestly or with integrity.
-Mishandled client funds or trust monies.
-Failed to provide legal services with reasonable competence.
-Failed to communicate appropriately with a client.
-Acted in a manner that brings the legal profession into disrepute.
-Breached the Lawyers Act or the Rules of the Society.
